Director
I am the Director of KPC and I work closely with our trustees, our staff team, service users and external stakeholders, to help us achieve and shape our plans over the coming years. My main role is to provide strategic leadership, management and development of the organisation as we head into the exciting next phase of KPC's growth and development.
I have worked for over 20 year in a variety of charities and have had the privilege of working with different communities and people. I am driven by wanting to make a difference and am keen to hear and work with anyone in our community that wants to make change happen.

Building Lead
In my role I cover all things building at KPC, making sure that we are fully operational, fit-for-purpose, safe and secure. I am also a point of contact in the building and I love meeting and getting to know the wide variety of people who come through our doors on a daily basis.
Shona (she/her)
Front of House and Administration
I’m deligted to be part of the team at KPC, contributing in both Front of House and administrative tasks. I love engaging directly with the community by listening, learning, and discovering how a community-owned, community-led organisation can best serve its local residents. I’m passionate about creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors, whether that’s by offering a cup of tea or helping to plan events and classes.

Front of House and Faciltities
I'm the Facilities and Front of House Assistant at KPC. I joined the team at the end of 2024 and am really excited to help make this the best space possible for the community! My role is mostly to make sure that the building runs smoothly and to handle your bookings and inquiries. You'll usually find me in the front office if you want help with anything around the building or to talk about booking our space for something.
